Kliento is an AI automation company based in Buffalo, NY. We build custom AI systems that keep businesses reachable around the clock — AI voice receptionists that answer phone calls, AI chat widgets for websites, and email automation agents. Everything we build is tailored to your specific operation. We're not a SaaS platform you log into — we build and manage the system for you.

Not at all. We handle all the technical setup, configuration, and maintenance. You share information about your business, review the system before it goes live, and then use it — there's no dashboard to learn, no code to touch. If something needs adjusting, you contact us and we handle it.
We're headquartered in Buffalo, New York. We serve businesses across the United States — location doesn't matter for our services. Everything is set up and managed remotely.

Products

No. Modern AI voice technology has advanced dramatically — today's voices sound natural, warm, and conversational. We select voices that match your brand's tone and configure the AI to speak the way your business communicates. Most callers won't be able to tell it's not a human, and many don't care once they realize it's helping them effectively.
The AI is trained to handle the vast majority of questions your callers ask. For anything it doesn't know, it has two options depending on your preference: transfer the call to a human staff member, or take a message and let the caller know someone will follow up. Nothing gets dropped — every interaction is handled gracefully.
All three. Many clients start with the AI Receptionist and add the Website Chat Widget to cover both phone and web channels. The Email Automation Agent works independently or alongside either. We'll recommend the right combination based on where your biggest gaps are — you don't have to figure it out alone.
We integrate with most common small business tools — Google Calendar, Outlook, Gmail, most scheduling software (Acuity, Calendly, Jane App, etc.), and CRMs like HubSpot and Go High Level. The Email Automation Agent works with Gmail and most IMAP-compatible email providers. If you use something specific, ask us — the answer is usually yes.
Yes. Unlike a human receptionist, the AI can handle unlimited simultaneous calls. No busy signals, no hold queues. Every caller gets answered immediately — even during your busiest hours.

Setup & Pricing

Most clients are live within 5–7 business days of signing on. The exact timeline depends on the product and how quickly you can share the information we need (business details, FAQs, calendar access, etc.). We've gotten clients live in as few as 3 days when everything moves quickly.
Pricing is custom to each business — it depends on the product(s) you need, your call volume, and your specific requirements. We don't publish flat rates because a solo contractor has very different needs than a 10-person dental practice. Contact us and we'll give you a clear, honest quote. We price to be accessible — not just for businesses with large budgets.
No long-term lock-in. We work on monthly agreements. If it's not working for you, you can cancel. That said, most clients stick around — because it works.
Ongoing support is included. When your services change, your hours shift, or you want to add a new capability, we update the system. You contact us directly — not a support ticket queue. We also do periodic check-ins to review performance and suggest improvements.

Privacy & Security

Yes. We take data security seriously. Your business information and customer interactions are handled with care — we only collect what's necessary to operate your automation, we don't sell any data, and we use reputable, enterprise-grade infrastructure to power our systems.
Call logs and summaries are generated for every interaction so you can review what happened. Full call recordings can be enabled or disabled based on your preference and your state's recording consent laws. We'll advise you on the right setup for your jurisdiction.
For healthcare clients, we configure systems with HIPAA considerations in mind — limiting what patient information is stored, using appropriate data handling practices, and working with compliant infrastructure where required.
