What Messages You Will Receive

By opting in to Kliento SMS Notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Kliento or from businesses using the Kliento platform. Messages may include:

• Staff notifications: Call summaries, caller intent details, missed call alerts, and end-of-day activity summaries sent to business owners and staff members.
• Customer follow-ups: Requested links, appointment or event information, support links, message confirmations, and service-related information sent to callers and customers who have opted in.

How You Opt In

You may consent to receive SMS messages from Kliento in one or more of the following ways:

• Verbal consent: By verbally agreeing to receive a text message during a phone call with a Kliento AI Receptionist. Verbal consent is recorded as part of the call.
• Staff onboarding: Business staff members are informed during onboarding that they will receive call summaries and operational notifications via SMS as part of their role, and provide written or verbal acknowledgment.

Consent is always obtained prior to any message being delivered. We do not send unsolicited messages. Kliento SMS Notifications are non-marketing operational and informational messages only; marketing or promotional consent is not collected through this program. This program does not use website form opt-in, SMS keyword opt-in, paper form opt-in, mobile QR code opt-in, or pre-checked consent boxes. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the service. Staff notifications are triggered by inbound calls and activity. Customer messages are sent only upon explicit consent, typically no more than once per interaction. You may receive recurring messages depending on your engagement with the service.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply to all SMS messages you send or receive. Kliento is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE.

After receiving your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
